How Our Inspection Process Works?

  1. When you have a wildlife issue inside of a home or building first thing we want to do is identify which animal it is by finding any type of feces.
  2. Next we look at insulation, as mice and rats will make burrows in the insulation to nest, squirrels make larger trails on the top and larger animals like raccoons and opossum create large insulation trailings.
  3. We inspect the exterior of the home or building to find all entry points.
  4. We install trapping in place for that pest or wildlife. We seal all eave returns with dyed concrete to blend, we screen weep holes and four vents with galvanized steel mesh.
